In order to live our truth we must know how to express it. Artistic expression is freeing, validating healing and fun. It takes us out of our head and into our body, cultivating the muscles of the right-brain and igniting our spirit.
Authentic Painting is the process of moment-by-moment painting, acting on what our intuitive inner artist guides us to do. It is a fun, safe and nourishing practice that emphasizes the process of intuitive creation rather than technique or the final outcome. Utilizing painting as our playground, Authentic Painting teaches mindfulness, joy around taking risks and cultivates a liberating, sacred method for self-expression, self-empowerment, relaxation and healing.
This process involves very little instruction on technique and reinforces the belief that everything we need to know is already inside of us. It focuses on the opportunity to break through limiting beliefs and blockages as well as over-riding the critical mind to experience the joy of authentic creativity. Classes begin with a guided meditation and include group discussions.

3-Hour Painting Workshop (10am - 1pm OR 2pm - 5pm)
| Do you long to express yourself creatively but are afraid to because you don't know "how"? Has your artistic side been hidden for a while but getting ready to peak out? The 3-Hour Authentic Painting class is the perfect way to explore your creative spirit whether you're a "retired" artist or a complete novice. Authentic Painting is a fun, safe, liberating way to experience what painting is all about. First-time and repeat students who take the 3-Hour class report feeling more relaxed, confident and ready to reignite their creative habits. Invite your inner artist out to play and join in the fun! Day-Long Painting Workshop (10am - 5pm)
| The Day-Long workshop affords participants the opportunity to really dive in and experience breakthroughs on a creative, emotional and potentially spiritual level. Those who crave a deep shift or experience should take this class. Students who take the Day-Long workshop report having major insight they can apply to daily life, feeling relaxed, exhilarated and more confident. They have an opportunity to strengthen their painting skills and quite often experience a deeper understanding of their own creative process. The Day-Long workshops is offered from 10am-5pm. Private Painting Parties (Design Your Own 3-Hour or Day-Long Group Retreat)
| Do you have a birthday or bachelorette weekend coming up? Are you part of a women's group or book club? Would you like to create a bonding experience for your employees? Authentic Painting is perfect for groups to explore and celebrate together! Participants enjoy sharing this experience with people they know.
Your painting party can be focused around a central theme or a special person if desired. Rony can include some group coaching/team building or facilitate a special ceremony specifically designed for you to incorporate into your time together if that is relevant. Painting parties can be 3 hours in length to create a workshop type feeling or can be scheduled as a day-long event for a true retreat experience. Cost is $65 per person for the 3-hour party or $115 for a day-long event. Painting parties require between 6-10 participants and can be held on a weekend or during the week.
